I will have my phone fully charged to 100% and in the next hour my phone is on 20 almost 10 percent. Even though my maximum capacity of battery is 80% I’ve never had this problem. Why does my battery drain extremely fast? Can I replace the battery and get a new one?

If your battery health is below 80% then it is time to have it replaced.
There may be a program or a piece of software in the background draining your battery life. A way to see what programs are using up most of the battery percentage is going to Settings > Battery > Scroll down to Battery Usage by App.
If this doesn't solve anything, you may have downloaded malware/viruses onto your phone BUT that would only be possible if you have jailbroken your phone. If you HAVE NOT jailbroken your phone, you do not have any malware/viruses and is a problem with the battery itself/heavy apps in the background using up your battery.
