photo sharing
I would like to allow a PC user to view a photo album of mine. I read I need to enable PUBLIC WEBPAGE. Can someone tell me how or where to do this?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
When you view the shared album in Photos, click the icon with the person on in the top right corner.
If you aren't sure how to create a shared album, select all the photos you want to add to the album and click on the sharing icon in the top right corner.
