My phone saids storage full but I bought more GB. Why ?

You can't buy more storage for a device.
You bought iCloud storage which doesn't add to the storage on the device.

The only way to get more storage space on your phone is to delete photos, messages, apps, etc. Be sure to save important photos and data on your computer.
