Hi I had a student subscription for Apple Music on my old iPhone 7 Plus. I just got my new iPhone 11 and made a new iCloud account. How can I access my old subscription with my old account? Or is there anyway I can cancel my membership. My old iPhone 7 Plus broke and I don’t want to recover any information I had in it, that’s why I made a new icloud

The Apple Music subscription is permanently tied to the Apple ID it was activated on and cannot be transferred.
You will need to cancel the subscription on the old account, and activate it on the new one. However, if the new email address is not associated with an education institution registered with Unidays it will not allow you to select the student subscription

With that said, also all your purchases will remain tied to the old Apple ID, so any apps, movies, tv shows, etc.. you bought with the old ID from iTunes will need to be repurchased with the new Apple ID.
