Apple Charges without subscriptions

Each week I see on ma bank account charges from Itunes Ireland in amount of 8.49 USD.

I checked my purchase history - nothing !

I checked family devices - nothing !!

I checked my email from apple - no any bills which show why Itunes charge me 8.49 USD each week (5 weeks already)


I dont understand how to contact apple support to stop theese charges and refund me money
