My airpods pro keep cutting in and out

My airpods pro keep cutting in and out. What the heck am I doing wrong? They beep like they're turning on and off or losing connection to my iPhone and then my iPhone stops playing.

Earpods not working As soon as I plug in my earpods, it give a BEEP sound for second and then they do not work as if nothing is plugged in to the iphone. Sound comes from the speakers even tho my earpods are plugged in. They are not broken from the outside as i have thoroughly analysed. Last time i used, they were perfectly working but now ahhhh
