iCloud ID Blocked

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per above mentioned subject it is to inform you that i am the user of Iphone from last 6 to 7 years. This is the first time that my ID is blocked due to no reason. 5 months back i had bought some products from iCloud and due to some issues, i refund those products. I must appreciate that i got my money back but on the other side my ID is blocked.

I had tried to unblock my Apple ID which is but all in vane, My ID was blocked for like 90 days but now its almost 5 months gone and i am still wandering aimlessly because if i am trying to login in through my Apple ID i received such notifications (This Apple ID is either not valid or not supported).

My request is to please look in to the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible because i am already suffering from last 5 months.

I am thanking you in advance

Waiting for your prompt response!

Best Regards,

Jawad

Contact senior advisors in apple advisors https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT201232

See the article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204921

Options you might see

In some cases, you might be given options that could shorten the wait time during account recovery. For example, you might be able to provide credit-card details to confirm your identity. If you’re given the option to confirm your credit-card details, an authorization request goes to the card issuer.*

You might also be able to speed up the account recovery process or reset your password immediately by verifying a six-digit code sent to your primary email address.

Make sure your Apple ID address should be correct , it depends you used secondary authentication account or 2FA .

Repeating the same method see the link https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid#!&section=appleid

What you mentioned , typed the exact first and last name the mail address it doesn't exist , is your Apple ID different than this did you ever send mails to your friends / colleagues , call them if they have saved those mails and they can tell it exactly , or ever you used to send mails from iPhone to Mac or other devices .

If you contact apple support , what ever the Apple ID address you told them , they will assume it , but for security the Apple ID address is never saved with them .

It's you who know the correct address , why there is a dot over alphabet " J " are you manually typing it correctly .

Still contact them they might have tools to remove it that i don't know .

Note : please never post your personal data like photos in this public discussion forum .

Your Apple ID is incorrect .

Please search the address written in diary is there any space between words , any spelling mistakes .

Contact apple support , why don't you create a new Apple ID address they can remove the inactivated Apple ID address if you provide correct information for the product / invoice copy / or what ever the credentials are required to them only and never post your mail address / first and last name in the forum , we are members in this forum and not apple advisors , only apple advisors can help .

Click on look up , do you remember the exact mail address created as an Apple ID , it will prompt to enter first and last name then enter the correct mail address , if it is found to be correct a green check mark will appear .

You must have written the Apple ID in your diary .

Is your account set up with secondary authentication , or 2FA do you have correct credentials like security questions / answers / date of birth / rescue mail address and its password .

If you contact apple support , the first questions asked are your serial number of the device the most important correct Apple ID address - that is not saved by them and your call back number .
