Erased all data accidentally

I’ve erased all my data accidentally via the find my iPhone app. Is there any way I can retrieve my data if my iPhone hasn’t been backed up?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Was it Synchronized with iCloud?

If so, view iCloud, and find out if anything resides in there.

  1. Log In here: https://www.icloud.com
  2. Select: Item Type (i.e. Photos)
  3. Download: the Item

A Few Thoughts:

  • Download them:

Go Here: Download iCloud Photos and Videos - Apple Support

A typical image is 2-4MB (1000MB = 1GB, that's up to 4GB (roughly, at maximum), and there is 5GB for free iCloud Storage. So, see if you can download these.

  • Check other items than just Photos

Other items may reside, so check those options too.
