I keep receiving payments from iTunes for payments i haven’t purchased

First, make sure they are real charges, and not just phishing emails trying to scare you. If they are real charges, it might mean somebody hacked your account, or you have a subscription that you forgot about. To find out for sure, follow the steps in here:
