Turn off WIFI password share between devices on the same AppleID account

So, I’m staying at a hotel for a few weeks, so I’m using the hotel WIFI. I entered the password on my iPhone and my computers and they are working fine. However, my two iPads “shared” the password from my phone and are getting horrible D/L U/L speeds. I suspect it’s because of the hotel WiFi and they fact the iPads shared the password, but I can’t test the theory unless I can get the iPads to allow me to log into the WiFi without auto-logging in with the iPhone password.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
