Is it possible to obtain my full card number?

Is it possible to obtain my full card number ? I had fraud committed on a card attached to my Apple Pay and the investigator needs my full card number and I have cut up and thrown away this card so I hopefully.can get it before I remove it from my wallet . Any help would be appreciated .
