There is this app Repost + , it keep charging me $31.79 for a renew subscription , I don't want a renew for it . Everytime i try to purchase a new app from the App Store that ^ pops up & it cancels my new app download . I've tried to cancel but it doesn't even have a cancel option . please help

If it's listed under the Active heading, tap on the app name. The next screen will show your options. If you don't have anything under Active, then it’s been already canceled and something else is going on. Contact Apple support directly.

To unsubscribe you need to do it from your Apple ID account, not from within the app itself. Canceling an active subscription, or a free trial, must be done at least 24 hours before it ends.
If you want to unsubscribe, follow these steps:
When i go to cancel subscription from the link you sent & even throught apple , there is still no cancel option .
