Difference between iPad regular and iPad Air

I’m just a regular user for the iPad meaning I just cruise the internet, social media and play a few games on mine. I have an iPad Pro but I want a backup. What is the difference between a Regular iPad and an iPad Air? Is it worth the extra $200+? I do like the space available/memory on the iPad Air but is that the only difference? Please help.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 13

Only you can decide.

iPad 7th generation:

Processor A10 Fusion

Cache 64 KB Instruction + 64 KB dataL1, 3 MB L2

Memory 3GB LPDDR4

Display 25.9 cm diagonal widescreen

Bluetooth 4.2

iPad Air 3rd generation:

Processor A12 Bionic

Cache 128 KB Instruction + 128 KB dataL1, 8 MB L2

Memory 3GB LPDDR4X

Display 27 cm diagonal widescreen

Wide Colour Gamut (P3)

Bluetooth 5.0

As you can see the iPad Air is bigger and faster
