Can I have 2 AppleID for same phone number?

I want have 2 different groups contacts and settings: one for my Mac and another for my iPhone.

Based on what little information I could find, it isn't possible to use the same phone number on 2 Apple IDs. You will be told the number is already in use. You can try to set that up without causing any problems.

You can't have two on the phone. But, you can create a new one and use it from your phone. See:

 Keep in mind that some things available under a first Apple ID will not be available under a new Apple ID. For example, you won’t be able to transfer anything purchased from the App and iTunes Stores to the new ID. And, there are other issues to be addressed.
