I have just received my new IPhone SE 2nd Generation 128 GB and have been told when I make a phone call my Caller ID doesn't show ! I went to "settings" and then to "phone" then to show "My Caller ID" - All I get is the spinning wheel !! Please help me :)

Yes it's Telstra if you are in Australia. Make sure it's enabled by them.
Apple has no control over your iPhone Caller ID.
FYI. Apple makes the hardware but cellular services and data are features from your carrier.

Thanks for your quick response ! Just wondering if the carrier you refer to is the company I use for the internet Data & Mobile phone coverage. I use Telstra in Australia and didn’t think they had control or authority over that feature. Or do you mean Asking Apple to switch it on ?
Caller ID is a carrier feature, ask them to switch it ON for you before you can enable it on your iPhone.
