My iPhone 7 Plus running on iOS 13.5.1. When I use camera app front and rear camera works fine. But when I want use front camera via any apps (FaceTime, messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram) the app crashes! I tried everything! Please help. Thanks!

I did everything but problem is still there. I’ll try to find out a way to downgrade to iOS 12. By the way, Apple support technician didn’t find any problem related to camera.

Did someone tried to replace the front camera and see the results?
I have the same since the upgrade on iPhone 11 Pro. I can’t get hold of Apple direct. Soooo annoying.

I went to the support team online who tried to resolve by forced restarts. That didn’t work so I have ended up with a replacement phone
