I can't sign into FaceTime. This message appears. This acct. has no reachable addresses, sign into appleid.apple.com
I have changed my appleid password and have attempted to talk to apple support. Neither has worked.
Any suggestions. Not a real tech type guy.

If you log into your Apple ID using the link below, are there any email addresses listed under Reachable At besides your Apple ID email address?
