I can’t get watch to update. This is my husbands watch. I pull up the app on his phone and go to update. The word install clicked. Entered pass code. Goes to Verifying. Get error message unable to install update. Watch on charger and phone and watch fully charged. Sitting next to each other. Won’t install update
