Blocked number

i texted a blocked number on iPhone, it still went through, even though the delivered text didn’t appear. My question is, after I unblock that number and he / she texts back before I unblock them, will the text still go through?

Blocked person I blocked someone and sent him a text while he was blocked and later on when I unblocked him I found out that he got the text. Is it because he didn’t block me that he got it even tho I blocked him? The text didn’t show it was delivered either, I’m confused.

Blocking controls incoming messages and calls, not outgoing.

There’s no added control here for what you already control.
