I am having an issue with the screen with a left strip of the screen about an inch wide "flipped over"... looks really weird and I am not sure what to do? Is it a whole screen replacement?

I could be wrong but it looks like it may just be a ribbon cable replacement.
For this issue though, I would strongly recommend contacting Support and getting an Apple Genius or Authorized Repair vendor to take a look.
