My USB SuperDrive will no longer accept a CD or a DVD.. it worked fine for several months, but now rejects every disc I insert.

New USB SuperDrive not accepting CD disc Hello, I just opened a new USB SuperDrive. It does not accept the disk. I watched on YouTube how the CD Drive is supposed to accept it automatically once inserted 3/4 of the way. There seems to be something blocking it from being pulled into the apparatus. Any help is most appreciated! B
