What is “other” consisted of in an iphones storage?

I have nothing on my phone practically but it says storage is full, I don’t understand what other is. I’ve already reset my phone once.

Other is what cannot be classified like Apps. System, Media, Photos....

It also contains cache data, system crashes, ....

To minimise Other, do a backup then restore from backup with computer iTunes.
