How do I get a hold of Apple about my Apple Music subscription?

We are trying to figure out how to change the card on file for our Apple Music? Also how to get a hold of someone for a refund because it have charged me 5 times this month.

Apple music subscription I havent used an apple device in a month or 2. I forgot that I had a subscription to Apple Music, and it just lulled the 10 dollars out of my account. Am I able to get a refund since I am not using apple music?
