IPod replacement?

Hello, I have lost my iPod touch. I don't have the warranty for "lost and repairs". How would I be able to replace my iPod?

Hello,

Apple’s warranty does not cover lost or theft. The only way you’ll get a replacement is to purchase another iPod.
