iWatch damage
While charging my iWatch, it expanded and the face came off? What could be the cause and would Apple replace?

As the people on Apple Community are not from Apple we aren't sure whether or not they will repair it. You might have to take it into apple or go to the Apple Support page.

Here you can talk to someone about it. They might have to have a look at it and see if it was a problem with the watch or if something you, the user, has done. Many factors may account to this. If you used a 3rd party Apple Watch charger or 3rd party wall brick then this might have been the reason for the expanded battery. If you have left it on a hot spot, such as in the sun, it might have gotten very hot and expanded or even if it has been exposed to water.
I would suggest talking to apple and see what they can do.
