In general:

- Apple will use your name in the greeting;

- phishing mail has like a time frame, to stop you from thinking about it, because you 'only have 24 hours',

- most phishing mails do not use proper spelling;

- phishing mail typically asks a lot of personal information and security or bank account related information.
