iPhone 11 scratches on screen

I Brought iPhone 11 a month ago. after using that I can see three scratches on my phone[ normally I wont out screen protector ] .

I didn't put mobile in pocket or bag ..I didn't took outside also[due to lockdown I didn't go anywhere ].

but I can see scratches I am very terrified with this...i used iPhone 8 without screen protector for year till now there is no scratches.

I fell that iPhone 11 screen is not that durable /scratch resistant .

kindly help me with this issue
