2016 iPad Smart keyboard swap price

I have an existing 2016 iPad SMART keyboard which is not recognized anymore (“accessory not supported”) by my 2016 Ipad pro, possibly due to software upgrade issues.

Is it possible to swap my keyboard (purchased in Dubai) with a new one in another country?
Or does it have to be swapped in the same country of purchase?
Is the swap value in Dubai the same value if I have it exchanged in another city eg. Toronto?

I might be wrong, but I do not think you can "trade" that accessory with Apple (you could ask at an Apple Store if they accept your proposal, but I doubt they will).

Perhaps you should try and sell it by yourself, then add the needed money to buy a new keyboard model wherever you want.

Nobody in these forums represents Apple sales or any store. To find out if your 4 year old hardware has any swap or other value you have to contact stores directly yourself.

Also accessories only have a one year warranty, so doubt apple will help
