I have been billed by Apple /iTunes.com for variable amounts ( €15 - €30) every month for many months against my credit card for items which I have not purchased.
This seems to be a standing order every month which I have not authorised .
Please discontinue these charges and send me a reimbursement of all the payments which you have deducted.
