Saving emails in Mail
How do I save my emails in Mail and delete them from the email server. Is this an option? Right now, if I delete an email from the server, it's also deleted from Mail.

In Mail's Mailbox menu choose New Mailbox... create the ones you need OnMyMac copy the emails you want to save to the OnMyMac Mailbox of choice, then delete the ones in the Inbox or whatever.
