How do I transfer my photos on my iPhone to a new internal SD card in my iPhone. My goal is to free up room on my iphone

The iPhone doesn't have an internal SD card. Are you thinking of the SIM card? If so, it isn't possible to store photos or other data from the iPhone on it.
