Change number facetime

I can’t change my number on FaceTime and iMessage????? Help me pleasee? In FaceTime show me my old phone number???

You need to change the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.

Did you allow 24 hours for the change to sync? Then sign out, restart the device, and sign back in?

You need to be connected to WiFi, but you shouldn't have to turn off the screen.
