No touch response for 123

Hallo, I am using iPhone 11 with ios 13.5.1 It is often that the number 123 is not responding when I want to unlock my iphone using password, the problem solve when i turn off the screen and turn on again. Is it a software bug or anything i can do about it? Thanks a lot.
