Urgent

Hello dear apple team,

I need your assistance. Please response as soon as possible. The problem is I have an iphone 6s, which was broken but now it is repaired. When i try to switch it on, it requires an apple ID and password. Apple ID which is mentioned there is unknown for me and now I can’t turn it on. My current phone that i use is an iphone 11and for it i use the same apple ID that i used on my previous phone (iphone6s that is already mentioned in my text) and i never had problems with log in. Even my iphone 6s was switched on my current phone. But i erased it from my device - following the instruction that was provided during turning on my on iphone 6s. So now the situation i have is that i have repaired iphone 6s which I can’t turn on because of the unknown apple ID mentioned on my iphone 6s. But that device i bought from the store and it was always used only by me with the apple ID that now I use on my iphone 11. So please, assist me how can I solve this problem.

Your prompt reply will be appreciated. And please let me know if you need more information about my devices to make appropriate checkings )

Sincerely , Betty Mamulyan.

See Turn off Activation Lock https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441. All possibilities related to iPhones, iPads, and iPods are covered here except the case of inheritance.

If you are the original owner: If you have iOS 11 or later and your account is protected with two-factor authentication, use get help with a forgotten passcode or disabled device to recover your passcode. Otherwise, use forgot your Apple ID or your Apple ID password to recover the needed credential(s). If you can’t recover the needed credential(s), contact Apple Support and present your original purchase receipt for your device from an authorized Apple seller with the device’s serial number on it. You’ll need a photo ID too.If you can do neither, then the device is useless to you.

If you acquired your device second hand, you usually will need to obtain the needed password from the person that last set it up. If you can’t obtain it, in the rare case your device came activation locked from an authorized Apple seller, then contact Apple Support and present your original purchase receipt for your device with the device’s serial number on it. You’ll need a photo ID too. If you can do neither, then the device is useless to you.

In either case, you can use the suggested support options below if you have the needed receipt. Alternatively, if an Apple Store is open in your area, then you can go there to deal with your problem. In this case, you can make a genius-bar appointment (https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/) if you want.
