Parental Control PIN by parent

Hi,

I have a problem with the parental control PIN because is the same for both parents, my wife is the organizer and she made me a parent, we have two more devices for our children, the problem is that if she changes the PIN is also changed to me and vice versa, she made a PIN so she remembers it and for sure I wanted to do the same.

Is there a way to have individual PINs by parent? I wouldn't believe IOS would have such a limitation.
