Screentime passcode forgotten

I set up a screen time passcode for my daughter, and I have tried 16-17 times to enter the correct code. I have been on hold with Apple Support for over 35 minutes waiting for a rep to answer. I have looked up information online, and nothing seems to be working. Any ideas? I appreciate it in advance!
