Hi, Patricia.

Thank you for reaching out on the Apple Support Communities. The floating Home button on your iPhone is an Accessibility feature called AssistiveTouch.

Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You iPhone 7 Plus should have Accessibility. If you’ve updated to iOS 13, it’s in a slightly different location. Check in Settings just under Display & Brightness.

You can also ask Siri to turn off off AssistiveTouch.

Cheers.
