My account was disabled in the app store and itunes, how do I reactivate and update the payment method?

If you are locked out of your Apple ID account you can go to https://iforgot.apple.com

This will provide you with the recovery steps you put in place for this situation.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
