Favorites phone numbers not showing on iphone 11XS

I changed my phone from iphone XS to iphone 11XS. My contacts on icloud are synced. But my favorite telephone numbers can't be shown on my favorite list. The numbers show up with the option for messages or whatsapp but not for phone calls. It says that it is already marked as a favorite number in icloud. How do i get it to sync with my phone list?
