My iPhone is water damaged, and I want to get the photos & videos that weren't backed up onto my new phone or laptop

My iphone x is completely water damaged, but i wanted to get all the photos & videos that werent backed up onto my new phone 11 or laptop, does anyone know how?

the phone is still on but the whole screen is green so i cant unlock the phone.

Where to Look:

Go to: iCloud.com, and see if it it reside in there.
Use Migration Assistant to get it back to your Mac from an External Hard Drive containing a Time Machine Backup
