HOW DID YOU FIND IT?! I've been trying for an hour - anytime i click the refund status on apple support help, the page says error and try again. thank you so much.
I had to go to the App Store on the profile and look at the purchases or the subscription and then I ended to chat with the Apple Support on it and that’s how I found it
