apple watch calories
today i finished a 10 minute HIIT workout that I do daily, and usually I burn 100 or more calories, but this time it states I only burned 47. My heart rate is the same, and it's the exact same workout I usually do every single day. I've seen online that others have dealt with this issue before, but is there a reason my watch is suddenly counting calories so weirdly? My apple watch has done this before (showing I've burned a lot less calories for a workout I know burns 100cal), but the lowest point it's reached is 80...
