Iphone 11 Shift Key
My shift key won't stay on on my brand new iPhone 11, and I have updated to the latest IOS version. Any ideas?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand the Shift key isn't staying on while typing on your iPhone.
To type all letters in uppercase, you'll need to double-tap the Shift key to turn on Caps Lock. You can see that outlined in the following article:
Type and edit text on iPhone - Apple Support
"While entering text, you can do any of the following:
- Type uppercase letters: Tap Shift, or touch the Shift key and slide to a letter.
- Turn on Caps Lock: Double-tap Shift."
