editing pages over LAN
I want to be able to edit a pages 11 document from several other LAN computers without committing to change the original until I approve the changes. How can I do this?

Once a Pages 10 document exists, when you open it again, Pages will attempt to autosave your changes every ~ 10 seconds. There are restrictions on collaboration of Pages documents that may dictate how you can use it in a LAN setting.
As we are fellow users, and not members of the Pages product team. It will be difficult to forecast how Pages will function in the multiple seat LAN editing scenario that you describe.
