sending TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION to old phone number on ipad 2

when logon and password to ipad it is sending TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION code to old iphone number. How to change number, it is right under my account page

Does the correct number show on your Apple ID?
