How do I know how many accounts in devices is being used and how do I know that my Apple ID and iCloud in my iPhone 7 is the only device is in accounts being used I don’t have any other devices or accounts I don’t think but how would I know and how would I know if anybody else is connected

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
