Is there an age requirement for creating an apple music profile? Is there a restriction to block this feature using screen time or family sharing?

While there isn't a specific age requirement for that feature, there is one for creating an Apple ID unless it is a child's Apple ID: Family Sharing and Apple ID for your child
The only restrictions would be certain content or the app as a whole: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
