Troubles backing video from Iphone 7 Plus to Windows Computer

I want to back all my files up to my Windows Computer. When I try so many of the videos do not transfer.

When I trying playing the videos on my computer from the drive directly on the phone. I get the following message: "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.'

How do I transfer videos in a playable format on my computer. I can not even get them on my computer.
