iPhone 11 Pro Max storage issue

My iPhone keeps prompting a “storage full” message and I still have space available on the device. It then proceeds to not open or launch any of my applications. It does not allow me to use any GPS, the location services do NOT work and somehow my “find my iPhone” is turned off. Also, my Apple ID account has been signed out, unable to login again. After typing in the correct login information it keeps stating there is an error. What is going on? Is it just my account that is experiencing this or for others as well?
