Support - unable to connect
Is support down at the moment? I've been trying to get through for the last 2 days and keep getting error 403 - Forbidden.

Even on that link when it says contact support, I get the 403 forbidden page!
Maybe you have something hijacking your browser.
Try running EtreCheck to see if it finds any Adware.
The same is happening on my phone
Same router? Can you switch off wifi on your phone and use cell data?
If so, your router could be compromised.
